Vanguard Heights loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $250 non-refundable fee, a $250 refundable pet deposit and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Our community has a weight limit of 100lbs. Our restricted breed list includes Pitbull’s, Mastiffs, Rottweiler’s, German Shepherds, Chow Chow’s, Cane Corso’s, Doberman Pinchers, Akita’s, Dalmatians, and breeds related to therein. Other prohibited pets include but are not limited to: monkeys, snakes, ferrets, potbelly pigs, miniature horses, and rabbits. Fish tanks larger than 10 gallons are also not permitted. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
