|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Community — Great complex and neighbors here. Units are a little worn but nothing to worry about. Maintenance is great and timely. Office staff has been helpful with all the questions I’ve asked. Great place to live and will definitely renew.

Starting with our first visit, we have been delighted with the property and the staff. Gina has been incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. The maintenance staff is professional and friendly and have done a great job of fulfilling any requests. The amenities are terrific. I would recommend Vanguard Heights to anyone looking for an apartment home.
|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — From the day I walked in to tour an apartment, this community felt like home. The property staff is friendly, professional, and patient. The maintenance staff works quickly to resolve issues.
The residents in the community are very nice and speak whenever they see me. The area is very quiet and close to everything. Also having valet trash recycling is a great amenity

|Recommended: YesExceptional Team And Service — The team is exceptional and the quick turn around on the move in was amazing. I wanted to express how stressful moving can be but finding the right place is just as challenging. Gina, made this an EASY transition and for the location it was worth the move. The walls are thin but their are always minor negative on any property. Love the space and my new neighbors neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesLove The Complex And Staff. — Tough to find handicapped parking on our level sometimes. Wife needs assistance walking.
We are always able to add additional handicapped parking if needed. Stop by the office and we can get one installed on the level you are needing.

Everything is so intricately planned out to ensure convenience for residents. The amenities range from amazing Starbucks coffee in the downstairs lobby to a quiet business center perfect for students and professionals alike . The gym is 24 7 which is a huge plus for those with busy schedules. Kerry really took care of us and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. Noise is minimal if any at all and everyone has been so nice from staff to fellow residents We cannot recommend this place enough
