|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — Overall a really good place. The only issue I have is the cleaning could be better. The trash is picked up and the floors are usually ok. The restrooms seem like they don’t get cleaned very often.

Not only do they have many amenities that come included, but I also feel safe here. Everyone is so friendly, open, and relaxed...10 out of 10

|Recommended: YesClean And Quiet Place To Live — Wonderful place to live with awesome accessible amenities like gym and a Starbucks coffee machine Convenient valet trash pickup for the busy tenant and awesome staff The staff shout out to Gina made my move from CA to MO less stressful by being super helpful with answering my questions and getting things ready here in MO for my big move.

|Recommended: NoReview — There is so much junk to look at in the parking garage - boxes and old furniture all the time - It is junky looking.
It would be nice if office staff would answer phones.
Thank you for your feedback. We have had a few residents upon moving out that left very large items, we have had a bulk pick up and will continue to have the trash room look more aesthetically pleasing.
Our office is open M-F 9-5:30pm, we do try our very best to provide excellent customer service. I apologize that you have not been able to contact us via phone. Thank you for your honest feedback.

|Recommended: YesLove Vanguard Heights — I have to start my review with how wonderful Krista and Natasha are. They have been incredibly responsive in every way shape and form. We looked at many apartments before deciding on the Vanguard and now that we’ve been there over a month we have no regrets whatsoever with the decision that we made. The building and the grounds offer us everything we need. But above all, it’s the people that make the Vanguard the best choice out there in our opinion. Thank you once again to Krista and Natasha. You’re the best

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Great Location, Solid Living Space — The staff and management here is best-in-class. Super responsive and helpful to any needs that arise. Location is also fantastic, and at an attractive price compared to another nice apartment complex down the road for similar amenities. Closet space a little small for a married couple living in a one-bedroom.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Location, Amazing Amenities, Wonderful Management And Staff — They are super easy to work with on items like bulk item removal, extra garbage pickups, and maintenance requests are always fulfilled quickly and correctly. Apartments are very modern from the granite countertops, to the tall ceilings, and large walk in closet. Great location with lots of attractions close by, as well as a great gym, pet spa, courtyard with grills and a great pool. One of the few locations with a fantastic parking garage. The only issue is common for apartments, neighbors are very easy to hear, including people walking in the halls and doors being opened and closed. A little better sound proofing would be great, but otherwise no complaints

|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartment Experience — Vanguard Heights was an excellent choice for me during my relocation transition to the ST Louis area. Updated and well maintained complex that is pet friendly with many conveniences. The best feature is the Vanguard Heights team. Knowledgable, professional , friendly and always helpful. I could not have made a better choice and would recommend Vanguard Height, Creve Coeur.
